1. Item Variations and Substitutions
Occasionally it may be necessary to substitute flowers and/or floral
containers due to seasonal and regional variations across China
In all cases where substitution may be necessary, every effort
is made to maintain the value and integrity of the arrangement chosen.
Please note that no two floral arrangements are ever identical,
as they are made from fresh flowers, and are designed by hand. Our
goal in designing your valuable floral gifts is to maintain the
value and integrity of the photo shown online, while allowing each
designer to exercise their own creative talents and skills in preparing
your gift.

No additional service charges
No additional taxes
No additional delivery fees(in town)
All prices are in USD funds
If the recipient is in suburb, more US$10 will be needed as delivering
fee
3. How to pay?
We accept the following payment methods:
Charge by credit card (Visa,Mastercard,AE,PayPal,JCB ) via the Internet.
4. Cancellation and refund terms
In a general way, your orders will be processed only after we receive
your payment. Therefore please allow ample time for us to receive
and process your payment. If you request to cancel the reservation
after the payment is processed but before the package is sent, we
will change 10% of the total for the bank fee, the other will be
issued a partial refund. After the package is sent, no refund will
be issued. So we hope you can note us at info@1001Flower.net or
call us ASAP if you want to cancel the order.
5. How to check my order?
When your order is placed on the web site, you will get an email.
This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed.
When the order is received(succeed online payment), we will note
to you by email at once.
6. Can I change the date of my order's delivery?
If your order has not been delivered, or is not on its way to being
delivered, we will be happy to change its intended delivery date.
To request a change to your delivery date, please send us an email
and tell us the detail information ASAP.
7. Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept credit cards including Visa, MasterCard. AE,JCB,

1001Flowergift.com will attempt to secure authorization on your
credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem
securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and
prompted to use another card. If we receive verification of sufficient
funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to
1001Flowergift.com. Your account will be charged in 8 to 24 hours.
9. Delivery Time:
We will try to deliver the order on time or same day. If you order
is before 11:00AM Beijing time, we will try to deliver the order
for you on the afternoon same day. If you order is after 11:00AM
Beijing time, we will also try to deliver the order for you on the
afternoon same day, if we can't we will deliver it for you on the
morning next day.
